Golden Paddle Showdown Event Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in attending Golden Paddle Showdown, organized by PufCreativ. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before purchasing tickets. By acquiring tickets, you accept the terms below.

1. Age Requirement
   • All attendees must be 21 or older. Valid ID is required for entry without exception.
2. Ticket Requirement
   • Tickets are mandatory for event entry. No exceptions will be made.
3. Release of Waiver of Liability Waiver
   • In consideration of being permitted to participate in the PufCreativ, LLC, (hereinafter “Event”) I, the undersigned, on behalf of the participant listed above (hereinafter “Participant”), and for myself, my heirs, personal and/or legal representatives, next of kin, and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as “I” or “ME”), hereby:
     • RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE PufCreativ, LLC its agents, servants, employees, officials, volunteers, contractors, representatives (hereinafter the “PUFC”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, suits, loss and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including, but not limited to, death, illness, injury and/or disease, that may be sustained by the Participant and/or arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the Event, regardless of whether they arise in tort, contract, strict liability, or other legal theory.
     • INDEMNIFY, SAVE and HOLD HARMLESS the PUFC from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, suits, loss, and causes of action and any cost it may incur, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the event regardless of whether they arise in tort, contract, strict liability, or other legal theory.
     • ACKNOWLEDGE that the Participant’s participation in the Event may be dangerous and may involve the risk of serious injury and/or illness, and/or death and CONSENT to the Participant’s voluntary participation and ASSUME full responsibility for any risk of loss, death, illness, injury and/or disease which I and/or the Participant may sustain arising out of or related to the Program whether known or unknown and whether caused by the negligence of the PUFC or otherwise.
     • AGREE that this Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada Revised Statutes and that, in the event any portion of this document is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, said portion shall be severable and the balance of the terms shall continue in full legal force and effect.
     • ACKNOWLEDGE that the Event’s owners, operators, employees, agents, and volunteers are not responsible for or liable for any damages to myself or third parties that result from the consumption of cannabis by myself or others, to include, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium.
     • That should I consume cannabis during the Event, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by myself or that I may cause to third parties as a result of said consumption.
     • Behaviors of participants that pose a risk to themselves, other participants, staff, volunteers or alters the Event to a degree that we are no longer able to offer the intended Event, will be cause to remove the participants from the Event temporarily or permanently. In the event a registrant is removed from the Event, the fee will not be refunded. This will also include behaviors that appear to be caused due to the consumption or use of alcoholic or cannabis products.



4. Photo & Video Release
   • By attending Golden Paddle Showdown, you hereby consent to PufCreativ and its representatives, agents, subsidiaries, related entities, and assigns (collectively, the “Company”) permission to take photos and take and create videos and recordings of and about me (collectively called the “Photos” and “Videos”).
   • I give permission to the Company, to use and re-use, publish, distribute, and/or broadcast the Photos and Videos, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images, videos, text, quotes, summaries, biographies, and/or excerpts, in any and all promotional, educational, business, trade, advertising, and marketing materials, including, but not limited to, in connection with campaign and product endorsements.
   • These materials may include e-mails, the internet, social media, websites, and other electronic media, as well as traditional radio, television, cable television, and other uses, in such medium and formats (whether now known or hereafter created or invented), at such locations, at such times and for such purposes as the Company chooses, in its sole discretion.
   • I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with the Photos and Videos or the use to which the Photos and Videos may be applied.
   • In addition, I waive all rights that I may have to any claims for payment of any kind, whether money, property, or otherwise, related to the recording, production, publication, use, or re-use of the Videos. I understand that my name, nickname, pseudonym, likeness, voice, image and/or biographical information may be used as part of or in connection with the Photos and Videos.
   • I release and hold harmless the Company from and all claims that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the recording, production, publication, use, and/or re-use of the Photos and Videos including, without limitation, any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite or distorted form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of any of such photographs, portraits or other materials or in any subsequent processing thereof. I understand that this Release applies in perpetuity. 

5. Right to Refuse Entry
   • PufCreativ reserves the right to deny entry or ask any attendee to leave at any time for any reason.

6. Sales Policy
   • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or rescheduling is available.

7. Event Date
   • Golden Paddle Showdown is a one-time event with no alternate date. It will proceed as a “rain or shine” event.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

1. Terminology:
   • Terms such as “you,” “purchaser,” “bearer,” and “holder” refer to the ticket buyer/attendee. “We,” “us,” “our,” “issuer,” “provider,” and similar terms refer to PufCreativ, the organizer of Golden Paddle Showdown.

2. Agreement to Terms:
   • By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket for Golden Paddle Showdown, you agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not purchase a ticket or attempt entry to the event.

3. Modifications:
   • PufCreativ may update, change, or revise these terms without prior notice. All updates will be available on the PufCreativ website (WEBSITE LINK HERE).

4. Ticket Price:
   • The ticket price for Golden Paddle Showdown is set and is non-negotiable.

5. Responsibility for Tickets:
   • Once received, the bearer is fully responsible for their ticket(s). PufCreativ is not liable for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or rendered unusable.

6. Authorized Ticket Source:
   • Event Ticketing Website is the only authorized vendor for Golden Paddle Showdown tickets. Tickets purchased elsewhere are subject to invalidation without refund.

7. Ticket Use Restrictions:
   • Golden Paddle Showdown tickets may not be resold, reproduced, or used for promotional activities (such as sweepstakes or contests) without prior consent from PufCreativ. Unauthorized usage may result in ticket cancellation.

8. Non-Redeemable Tickets:
   • Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other benefits.

9. Investigations of Violations:
   • PufCreativ reserves the right to investigate and act on violations of these terms. All decisions by PufCreativ are final in disputes.

10. Event Cancellation:
    • If Golden Paddle Showdown is canceled entirely, PufCreativ may reschedule the event, issue partial or full refunds, or not issue refunds. The organizer’s decision is final.

11. Force Majeure:
    • In the case of unforeseen events beyond PufCreativ’s control (e.g., natural disasters, federal/state mandates), the organizer may choose to offer a refund, reschedule, or provide a comparable alternative. Decisions on refunds will be binding.

12. Rescheduling Policy:
    • In case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new dates. If the event is canceled with refunds issued, only the ticket’s face value will be refunded. Additional fees are not eligible for refunds.

13. Currency Fluctuations:
    • Losses due to currency exchange rate changes during refunds are the responsibility of the ticket purchaser.

14. Final Sale:
    • All ticket purchases are final; no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.

15. Entry and Age Verification:
    • Attendees must present valid identification at entry. Those under 21 will be denied entry without a refund.

16. Information Collection:
    • By presenting your ticket, you agree to the collection of personal information (e.g., name, date of birth) for verification purposes by PufCreativ.

17. No Surcharge Claims:
    • You waive all claims for any surcharges or related entitlements.

18. Personal Responsibility and Liability:
    • PufCreativ is not liable for personal or financial damages, nor for lost or stolen items.

19. Prohibited Activities:
    • The event enforces a strict policy against unauthorized substances and inappropriate behavior. Violation results in immediate removal and ticket forfeiture.

20. Chargeback Waiver:
    • Purchasing a ticket confirms your waiver of any chargeback claims. Refund/cancellation requests are not honored.

21. Dispute Resolution:
    • In the event of a dispute, PufCreativ’s decision is final. If unresolved, a third-party arbitrator may be involved.
